Check that you inserted the correct disc
Compare the content before deleting the installation.
Compare the disc title and edition with the installed game you are opening. If you inserted a different disc, finish the current operation and use the correct one.
Try again. If the problem is now disc recognition or reading, follow the disc-reading guide rather than deleting data because of this code.

Reinstall only the affected game if the mismatch persists
Confirm which installation you will remove and that you can install it again.
Protect your saves using the backup available to your account and confirm access to the disc and required downloads. Identify only the affected game in game management.
Delete that installation without selecting saved data or other games. Reinstall from the intended disc and let installation finish before opening it.
Still not working?
If the same disc still triggers CE-107649-7 after reinstalling, contact PlayStation with the title and edition. Do not delete other games in an attempt to fix it.
