Do not change services just because the warning appears.
Confirm Code 32 in its properties and test the device’s usual task. Another driver may be providing that function.
If it works, avoid disabling other drivers or services as a test. If it does not, prepare the appropriate official driver before reinstalling.

Reinstall the affected device’s driver

If it persists, contact the manufacturer or IT with the model and reinstall result. Mention whether the device works despite the code; that can prevent unnecessary service changes.
