Bluetooth won’t connect in Windows

  1. Enable Bluetooth in Settings and bring the charged accessory close to the PC.

  2. Use the accessory manual to enter pairing mode. Being powered on does not necessarily make it discoverable.

  1. In Windows 11 open Settings > Bluetooth & devices; in Windows 10 open Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Remove the affected accessory.

  2. Put it in pairing mode and use Add device to add a Bluetooth device. Follow the accessory prompts.
