Step-by-step solutions

Let it return to a normal temperature

The time needed depends on the environment and device.

  1. If it is hot, move it out of heat and direct sunlight to a cooler place. If it is too cold, bring it to a normal room-temperature environment.

  2. Lock the screen and let it rest. Wait for the temperature to normalize, then check whether charging resumes.

  3. Do not use a refrigerator, freezer, ice or external heat to speed this up. Do not try to disable thermal protections.

Still not working?
