Identify the feature reporting the error.
Check the age requirement of the feature or content you are opening. Confirm that you are using the intended account.
If the account does not meet the requirement, respect the restriction. Do not use a false date of birth or someone else’s credentials.
Review family controls with authorization
The family manager must review permissions for a child account.
If the account meets the requirement and belongs to a family, ask the family manager to review the applicable PlayStation controls.
Change only authorized permissions appropriate to the account. Do not try to override a feature’s age restriction by disabling protections.
