  1. For a public page, reload once. If submitting data, first check whether the operation completed.

  2. Try an unrelated site. Note whether only the original page or others fail too; do not change DNS just because a response was empty.

  1. Open the address in Incognito. If it works there, review extensions you manage by temporarily disabling them and re-enabling them one at a time.
